Sending us a message
- What is this about? Share feedback (what you like, what gets in your way, what feels off), Request a feature (something Echo Forms should do that it does not do yet) or Get support (something is broken or you are stuck. We answer by email).
- Subject: a few words on what it is about.
- Message: say what you were doing and what happened instead.
- For support, How urgent is it?: Normal, Soon, it is holding me up, or My site is down.
- Screenshots: up to three, 5 MB each. Drop them on the box or choose them.
- Reply to: where our answer goes.
- Include site details: versions, settings that matter, other plugins and recent errors, so we can find a bug without a back-and-forth. Never passwords or keys. See exactly what is sent shows it first.
- Press Send. It answers with your reference and the address we will reply to.
Everything you sent from this site is listed under Your requests.
Feedback and feature requests are free for everyone. Get support comes with Signature, and sites with Signature go to the front of the queue.
Reviewing Echo Forms
If Echo Forms works for you, a short, honest review on WordPress.org helps other site owners decide whether it is right for them. Press Write a review, or Update your review if you already wrote one.
Find the right guide from any screen
Switch on Extra help on any Echo Forms screen, and a question mark on each part of it opens the guide for that exact part. Switch it off and the question marks are gone.
Support comes with Signature: in Echo Forms, open Help & feedback and tell us what you were doing, and the people who build it answer, seven days a week. Get Signature
