Build forms people actually finish, put them anywhere on your site, and read every entry in one place. One guide per screen.
New to Echo Forms? Follow these in order. By the last one your first form is live on your site, and every entry lands in your inbox and on the Entries screen.
Install Echo Forms, find your way around its menu, and switch on the add-on if you have Echo Forms Signature.
Start from one of the ready-made forms, from a blank page, or from a sentence describing what you need.
Add fields, put them in order, set them side by side, and save. The form is drawn as you build it.
Pick a finished design or a theme in one click, or set your own fonts, colors, borders and spacing, with a live preview beside you.
The shortcode, the Echo Form block and the Elementor widget; a form in a popup, on a page of its own, or behind a QR code.
Tell yourself, your team or the person who sent it. As many emails per form as you like, each with its own people, subject and words.
A thank-you message, a page, another web address, a payment step or the next form. With Signature, a different message by answer.
Everything people have sent, with a chart of how each form is doing. Read one in full, note it, print it, resend its email, export the lot.
Every form on the site with its entries, views and conversion; switch one off, copy it, move it to another site, or bring one over from another form plugin.
Text, email, phone, names, addresses, countries and map pins, dates, date ranges and times, numbers and sliders, files, signatures and photos, and rows people add themselves.
Dropdowns, multiple choice and checkboxes, as plain lists or picture cards; ratings, NPS, agree scales and rankings; consent boxes.
Headings, dividers and words between fields; values they never see; long forms split into steps with a progress indicator; a check of every answer before they send.
Items with prices, a running total, calculators that work out a quote, WooCommerce products and coupon codes.
Sign people up for an account on your site, let them sign in, and let them reset a forgotten password, all with forms in your own style.
Everything a field can be set to do – required, width, hints, defaults, masks, no duplicates – and showing or hiding it by an earlier answer.
The form’s name and button, how required fields and messages are shown, labels, testing links, your own CSS, offline forms and a QR code.
Keep a form to people who are logged in, or to certain roles. With Signature, a password, or one entry per person.
A hidden trap and a timer on every form, a math question or a CAPTCHA where you need more, and a block list built from what you mark as spam.
Open and close dates, a cap on entries, one entry per person, the entries emailed to you every week or month, and old entries cleared out on their own.
Make a WordPress post, page or listing from each entry: guest posts, event listings, testimonials, directory entries. You choose what each answer fills.
Every save of a form is kept. If a change breaks something, put the form back the way it was in one click.
Open a form in a window over the page from a button. With Signature, open it on its own after a few seconds, part way down the page or as someone goes to leave.
Give a form a clean page of its own, with your logo, a heading and a few words, at an address like /form/coffee-feedback/. No page to build.
One question at a time, large and centered, with Next and Previous. Long forms feel short and more people finish them.
Let people save a long form and come back to it, and email a link back to anyone who leaves without sending it.
Score the answers and show a result you design: a plan with a chart, a product match, a personality type, or a pass mark with every answer reviewed.
Every answer to a form summed up question by question, with charts: averages, star counts, your Net Promoter Score, rankings, where people stopped and where they came from.
Ask a quick question and show everyone how the vote is going as soon as they answer, on the form or anywhere on your site.
Take payment when a form is sent, with Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago or Paystack, or cash and bank transfer. With Signature, Square, Authorize.Net, Converge, your WooCommerce checkout, and subscriptions that renew.
Discount codes that take money off a form’s total: a percentage or an amount, between two dates, up to a number of uses, on the forms you choose.
Per form, add people to a mailing list and copy each entry into a Google Sheet. With Signature, your CRM, Slack, a webhook, Google Drive or Dropbox, Google Calendar, Notion and Airtable.
Connect a service once, then switch it on for the forms that need it: CAPTCHA, Google Sheets, payments, mailing lists and, with Signature, CRMs, texts, file storage, calendars, databases, automation apps and AI.
Connect Echo Forms to Zapier, Make or n8n with a key: new entries go out to thousands of apps as they arrive, and those apps can add entries to your forms.
The settings for every form at once: loading and styling, emails in the background, a daily summary, cookies, visitor analytics, who can use Echo, and what happens if you delete it.
Echo works on its own. With Pulse Bookings, a form can make a booking. With ReefCRM, everyone who sends a form becomes a contact with the entry on their timeline.
New to Echo Forms? Follow these in order. By the last one your first form is live on your site, and every entry lands in your inbox and on the Entries screen.
Every new form already sends you an email for each entry (“Email me each entry”), so a form that is live is a form that tells you when someone uses it.
Every Echo Forms screen has an Extra help switch. Switch it on and a small question mark appears on the corner of each part of the screen. Click one and this site opens on the section that explains that exact part. Switch it off and the question marks are gone.
The switch remembers your choice, and each person on your site has their own.
Echo Forms builds the forms a business runs on: contact and quote forms, bookings, surveys, polls, quizzes, sign-ups and order forms. You drag fields into place, style the form to match your site, and decide what happens when someone sends it: a thank-you message, a page, an email to you and to them, a row in a spreadsheet, a contact in your mailing list. Every entry is kept on your own site, where you can read it, note it, print it and export it.
Echo Forms is free and complete on its own. Echo Forms Signature is a separate add-on that adds the rest: quizzes with results and charts, survey and poll results, conversational forms, landing pages, save and continue, scheduling and limits, more field types, more connections and more ways to pay. Anything that needs Signature says so in its guide.
A form that uses a Signature field or setting keeps it if the add-on is switched off. It comes back the moment the add-on is on again.
